Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Appointment confirmations are sent out 24 hours in advance for your convenience.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply on appointments scheduled.

- Less than 24 hour notice will be handled as follows

1st time - 25% of the reserved service price

2nd time - 50% of the reserved service amount.

3rd time - will require a deposit of half the estimated charges or will require that guest keep a card on file to be charged for 50% of the services scheduled at the event they do not show.

- "NO SHOWS", cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled start time, will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel with in 5 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved amount. 

- Clients will be charged at the beginning of next appointment.  If client has booked online than your card will be charged same day.  If client has more than 2 missed appointments than we will require a credit card on file to schedule all future appointments.
